I have never written a blog before, never responded to one and I'm not quite sure what "blog" means. Is it defined by Webster? In any event, I'm really not sure what I am supposed to do with this, so I will just stumble through it. Since no one else knows of the existence of this page I will write my thoughts with the assumption that it is highly unlikely that anyone else will ever see it. Isn't denial comforting sometimes?
So here I am, a blog virgin, not sure how to proceed.I guess I'll just fake it like I did when I lost my physical virginity. If the fact that I have been out of high school for 25 years and have been a nurse for 20 years wasn't enough to make me feel positively ancient, current trends of blogging, texting and instant messaging certainly does. I find myself stumbling and fumbling through slang, abbreviations and terminology that mystifies me as much as geometry ever did, and believe me, I found geometry completely incomprehensible.
